Fatherhood and Emotional Developement

Fatherhood has taught me that being a good father is more than providing. Its about being present, listening, and creating a safe space where children feel loved and understood.

As fathers, we are also learning and growing ourselves. It is very beneficial to the children if we as fathers understand our own emotions, learning to respond with patience, and how to communicate with our children to be able to build strong relationships with our children.

Through TRE, we recognize the importance of fathers being actively involved in their children’s lives. Small moments-listening, encouraging, and simply showing up-can make a lasting difference.
