Our Story

The TRE Foundation was created to honor the life and memory of Tre Rascon, who was tragically lost to substance abuse four years ago. Out of this loss grew a powerful vision: to support fathers, strengthen families, and break cycles of struggle by encouraging responsible engagement between fathers and their children.

A father’s presence and involvement in a child’s life makes a lasting impact. From emotional support to life guidance, engaged fathers help shape healthier, more confident, and more resilient children. TRE is dedicated to empowering men with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to become positive role models and active participants in their children’s lives

The TRE Program – Helping fathers find employment and connect with community assistance to get back on their feet.
24/7 Dad® – A nationally recognized parenting program designed to equip fathers with the skills to be the best dads they can be.
Inside/Out Dad® – A program focused on supporting incarcerated fathers, helping them reconnect with their children and prepare for successful reentry into their families and communities.
